Bentley College

CS350 (SET Score 4.31/5 )

Database Administration class for CIS majors.  This course covers database concepts such as ERDs, LDMs, and SQL utilizing Oracle and Microsoft Access.  The course utilizes Internet based courseware to support students outside of the class and to facilitate instructor/student communication and peer group communication. I developed the course at Bentley and had been a required part of the CIS major since it was introduced.

CS150 (SET Score 4.67/5)

Introduction to Database for CIS majors and minors.  This course is a hands-on course using Microsoft Access. It covers entry level database design and implementation material.

CS652 (SET Score 4.19/5)

Database Administration class for MBA students.  This course covers database concepts such as ERDs, LDMs, and SQL utilizing Oracle and Microsoft Access.  The course utilizes Internet based courseware to support students outside of the class and to facilitate instructor/student communication and peer group communication.

Strategic Information Fundamentals for MBA students. This course is a case based discussion course that all MBAs are required to take.  It examines the role of IT and information systems in business process performance and performance improvement, organizational strategic advantage, and industry transformation.
